Ingredients:
1)2 carrots (chopped)
2)1 apple (sliced)
3)pinch of ginger
4)small amount of sugar(optional)
5)water as required
Method:
1)Add all the ingredients in blender or food processor.
2)Process until finely chopped or mashed and serve.
