Ingredients:
1)10 Romo tomatoes - finely chopped
2)1 big red onion - sliced
3)1 sprig curry leaves
4)1 tbsp red chilli powder
5)1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
6)1/2 tsp hing powder
7)3 tbsp sesame/gingelly oil
8)salt to taste
Method:
1)Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed and let them pop.Add curry leaves and saute.
2)Add onions and saute till it becomes golden brown.
3)Add tomatoes,chilli powder,ginger-garlic paste & hing.saute it.
4)Add salt and mix well.
5)When tomatoes becomes soft and dry, add little amount of oil and saute.
6)Cook untill oil seperates out.Turn off the heat & cool.
7)Store it in a air tight container & refrigerate.It can be eaten for few days.
8)Serve with idli,dosa & chapathis.
