SPICY BUTTER MILK

Ingredients:
1)2 cups yogurt
2)2 cups cold water
3)salt as required

For Tempering:
1)1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2)1 tsp channa dal
3)1 tsp urad dal
4)2 green chillies(finely chopped)
5)2 sprigs of curry leaves
6)1/2 cup small red onions(cut horizontally)
7)1/2 cup corriander leaves

Method:
1)Place yogurt,salt & water in a food processor and whiz it for 15 seconds.Keep it aside
2)Heat oil in a pan & add the tempering ingredients as in the above order.stir it.
3)Add this to the butter milk bowl.
4)Mix well & served chill.
