Ingredients:
1)1 bunch siru keerai
2)1 cup chopped onions(small red onion)
3)3-4 garlic flakes
4)3-4 red chillies
5)1 sprig of curry leaves
6)1/2 tsp mustard seed
7)1 tsp channa dal
8)1 tsp urad dal
9)1/2 cup grated coconut
10)salt as required
Method:
1)Wash the greens(keerai),drain the water and chop the leaves & fine stems to fine pieces.
2)Heat oil in a pan,add mustard.let it pop up.
3)Add channa dal.when it turns to golden brown,add urad dal.
4)Add red chillies,curry leaves & garlic. saute it.
5)Add onions and saute well.
6)Add siru keerai and salt.saute it & let it cook.
7)When it is cooked, add coconut and saute it.
8)Serve with sambar.
